Return & Exchange Policy

At Finesse Life, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind or are dissatisfied with a product, our return and exchange policy is here to help.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition/packaging with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., lingerie, swimwear, personal items) are final sale and not eligible for return.
